October 4, 2024, Project Infinity kicks off National Book Month at The Boyce L. Ansley School, a tuition-free, private school for children experiencing homelessness, by hosting our first Paws to READ (Read, Enjoy And Discover) event for Ansley's kindergarten and first grade students.

​

Affectionately known as A Bear, A Book and A Nook, Project Infinity's Paws to READ is our early reading program, aimed at promoting literacy and nurturing the joy of reading.

​

At their Paws to READ event, Ansley's young readers will receive their initial Paws Bundle:

​

• Teddy Bear to READ to, who will always listen and never judge.

• Books to READ from, which unlock a world of possibilities.

• Pop-Up Play Tent to READ in, their own special place wherever they are.

 

All packed in a rolling backpack so that they can “Paws to READ” wherever they go.

 

Additionally, at their Paws event, Ansley's students will receive a READ Pledge Certificate, “I Paws to READ” tee shirt and foam spirit paw.  Post-event, students will be able to select a new book each month to add to their mobile library.
