Eggs, Equity and Education is Project Infinity's signature event raising awareness about Homeless Education and opportunity to learn more about us, who we are, what we do and why.
The workshop engages attendees in interactive conversations over brunch, where they gain insights from Homeless/Foster Education Professionals, as well as from a panel of Lived-Experience Experts.
Moderators
MYRON I. RANDALL, JR.
EMCEE / PROFESSIONAL PANEL MODERATOR
Myron Randall is an educator, speaker and content creator. He has earned degrees in Theology and Organizational/Interpersonal Communications from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has completed graduate work at Belhaven University and is currently a PhD student studying Leadership. Myron has worked with the Congressional Leadership Council in various roles and at Morehouse College in Atlanta. He currently manages the Office of Student Success for Mercer University’s Henry County Regional Academic Center. He a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and currently resides in Hampton GA.
CHOWAN A. MOORE
LIVED-EXPERIENCE EXPERT PANEL MODERATOR
Chowan A. Moore is a Social Worker with tons of education and lifelong experience. She is from Norfolk, VA and currently resides on Atlanta, GA. She is a prominent ghostwriter, upcoming author, teacher, and daughter of God. In her spare time, she is a moderator, speaker, and group facilitator. She is the founder of C. Moore Angels, LLC and she is always willing to provide anonymous assistance to members of the community.

Bianca serves as a support, community liaison, and local representative for United Way of Greater Atlanta in Cherokee, Cobb, Douglas and Paulding counties. In her position, she oversees an advisory board for each county, assists the Regional Director in managing local partnerships and collaborations, manages multiple community projects, oversees the local investment process and manages day-to-day office operations. She is passionate about seeing nonprofits reach their full potential and helping them thrive in the communities they serve. Bianca is also currently pursuing a Doctor of Public Administration from Valdosta State University.
MRS. KELLY WHITMIRE

Kelly Whitmire, LCSW is a Grants Program Consultant with the Georgia Department of Education. In this role, Ms. Whitmire provides guidance to districts throughout the state of Georgia related to ensuring educational stability and academic success for students experiencing homelessness. Ms. Whitmire has over 19 years of experience working with students experiencing homelessness. Prior to employment with the Georgia Department of Education, Ms. Whitmire served as the homeless liaison in Bartow County Schools for 15 years. Ms. Whitmire also has experience working with the Department of Family and Children Services and providing therapeutic counseling services to children and families.

Ray James is a critically-conscious and outcomes-driven educational leader who serves as the Head of School at The Boyce L. Ansley School. Over nearly 15 years, he has served a myriad of roles in schools & communities in Baton Rouge, LA, Atlanta, GA, and Newark, NJ. His undergraduate and master’s degrees are from LSU, and outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their 2 young daughters and relishes victories for the Los Angeles Lakers, LSU Tigers, and the culture. Ray firmly believes in the limitless potential & power of all children and knows they will be the leaders of their revolution- now and later.
WHITTNEY MITCHELL
MCKINNEY-VENTO GRANT PROGRAM CONSULTANT
GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
Ms. Whittney Mitchell proudly serves as McKinney-Vento Grant Program Consultant for the Georgia Department of Education. She provides guidance to districts throughout the state of Georgia via technical assistance, professional development and individualized support. Ms. Mitchell also works collaboratively with stakeholders and other programs throughout GaDOE to assist in providing services to students experiencing homelessness. Ms. Mitchell most recently was appointed Board Secretary for the National Association for the Education of Homeless Children and Youth (NAEHCY).
LAUREN PADGETT
DIRECTOR, CARE SERVICES
KENNESAW STATE UNIVERSITY
Lauren Padgett currently serves as Director of Kennesaw State University CARE Services. Lauren joined the CARE Services team in May 2022, as Assistant Director of CARE Services. Prior to KSU, Lauren served for 3 years at the Kansas Attorney General’s Office as the Batterer Intervention Program Unit Coordinator, where she certified and monitored program compliance with the Batterer Intervention Certification Act. Prior to that role, she served as a case manager for families in the child welfare system and was a Site Manager for a Harvard University study on the long-term impact of legal debt on indigent clients and their families. Lauren holds Juris Doctorate and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Oklahoma.
DONNA BOYD-GOMEZ

Donna Boyd-Gomez is a Counselor, Life Coach, Educator and Social Worker, who holds a BSW (Bachelor of Social Work) and M.A. in (Education/Counseling) and currently working on a Doctorate in Education. Donna spent years as a School Counselor, Mental Health Therapist and is the Founder/CEO of CAREWELL Consulting, which offers mental health, stress management and holistic living workshops/training. She is a Christian with extensive church leadership experience, passionate about youth, young adults and women. She is the author of “Chronic Pain/Chronic Jesus” and co-author of “My Life Praises” by Berean SDA Church, Women’s Ministries in Atlanta.
